Grosvenor Boys' High School Information

Grosvenor Boys' High School was established in 1962, after the then Grosvenor High School became too small for the growing number of students on the Bluff. The boys took up their desks and chairs - literally - and walked down the dusty path that is now Tara Road to their new school. Since then the school developed quickly in buildings, grounds and facilities, and is now well-established in spacious grounds very suited to sport, with the Bluff National Country Club on two of its boundaries. It provides a good holistic education for boys primarily from the greater Bluff area, but also to boys beyond. Academic education covers a wide range of senior school subjects across the humanities, sciences, business and technical fields. Many boys have left Grosvenor to establish themselves as highly successful, in South Africa and beyond.
