It delivers structured patient journeys and AI-powered support between clinical sessions, helping health systems improve adherence, increase programme utilisation, and see what is actually happening with patients between appointments. Groov Business is an organisational intelligence and employee support platform. It surfaces real signals in how work actually happens, then turns that insight into better decisions and delivers always-on coaching and support directly to employees and managers. We are based in Aotearoa New Zealand, ISO 27001 certified, and developed in partnership with Health New Zealand.
