Our purpose is to make mindset training as common as physical training for young athletes. We are developing engaging and rewarding mental performance training tools to develop focus, resilience and confidence to enhance athletic performance and lead to a richer life outside the athletic arena. We believe coaches can be a powerful conduit through which to normalize the consistent practices required to build positive neural pathways that foster mental fitness and help our youth thrive in an era of mass distraction.
