Our technology can map your tools to make sure every angle is to spec and reverse engineer other tools when needed. Our materials are premium quality sub-micron grain carbide rods with a cobalt content to match your application. In other words, we are your partner from start to finish whether you need R&D or standard tools. We provide a full range of regrinding services including tool recoating with TiN, TiCN, TiALN and others. Our software and machine capabilities allow us to manufacture and regrind High Performance Drill Points, Variable Helix End Mills, Step Drills, Counter Bores, Step Reamers and other carbide cutting tools to their original specifications. In addition, we also manufacture inserts and offer many lines of distribution.
