Ltd. Liepkalni is a bread and confectionery company founded in 1992, with 4 production sites in Latvia and 1 production plant in Estonia. All products have been produced from high-quality ingredients and are hand made, which gives each product uniqueness and distinguishes it from products manufactured in an industrial way. At present we produce around 200 units of assortment: *BREAD PRODUCT GROUP - Rye breads, sourdough breads, grain breads, white breads, breadcrumbs, crisp breads; bread's are complemented with healthy additives — seeds, grains, fruits, caraway oil, linseeds, hemp, fresh garlic, pure culture, butter which make it different from mass production. *CONFECTIONERY PRODUCT GROUP - Different types of large eclairs, such as with boiled cream fillings and chocolate icing, various types of mini-eklēri: with vanilla, chocolate, berries, strawberries, mango, with curd cream fillings, cakes, custard cakes; pastry , sweet and salty buns. *BISCUITS GROUP - Nuanced artisan biscuits of different kinds, meringue cookies, sweet and salty cookies, cheese biscuits; crispy puff pastry cookies: cinnamon, vanilla, cheese, caraway. *GROUP OF SPECIALIZED PRODUCTS - Gluten free, lactose free and vegan biscuits, brownies and bread, produced in a separate bakery tailored for the production of gluten free products, topical as people around the world are increasingly diagnosed with celiac disease and lactose intolerance. ***** BENEFITS IN PARTNERSHIP - WE OFFER: *at the choice of the cooperation partner, we can provide products that are frozen for longer storage and sales time; *developing new products in line with the wishes and conditions of the partners; *developing and providing individual packaging and design of the product.
