Since 1969 on the packaging market, listed on the stock exchange (Euronext Growth Milan: GRAL), Grifal SpA leads a Group with presences also in Romania and Portugal. The strategy is to: 1. consolidate the design and construction of machinery that improves innovative technologies for corrugating materials and packaging automation; 2. make cArtù® technology and the cushionPaper product line the new standard in environmentally sustainable packaging, through the development of an international network of production sites in partnership with packaging companies. Strengths: 1. cArtù®, the innovative shock-absorbing corrugated board, is the best alternative to the most common packaging materials used so far, such as traditional cardboard and plastics; 2. development of sustainable technologies that reduce raw material consumption by 70% and CO2 emissions by up to 80%; 3. the market sectors targeted by Grifal products are numerous, vast and continuously expanding, fuelled also by the growth of e-Commerce. In the Test Laboratory, packaging for the storage, transport and delivery of products worldwide is tested and, if necessary, certified in accordance with international standards including those defined by ISTA and Amazon. The online sales giant has in fact included Grifal, the first company in Italy, in its 'Amazon Packaging Support and Supplier Network'.
