gridX's mission is to make renewable energy accessible and affordable for all. Our connectivity and flexibility platform connects, optimizes and monetize the flexibility of small-scale energy assets – solar PV systems, batteries, heat pumps and electric vehicle chargers from over 50 manufacturers – to minimize costs and stabilize the grid. Energy retailers and scale-ups can scale quickly with cloud-only integration then upgrade to gateway-based optimization for more advanced use cases, to ultimately unlock new revenue streams and provide their end customers with more value and lower bills. Charge point operators and e-mobility resellers can install more and higher power charge points, while lowering costs. gridX was founded in 2016 and now has 200 employees across two offices in Munich and Aachen. We are active in over 15 countries and work with Europe's most innovative and fastest scaling energy companies, such as E.ON, greenblocks, Fastned and Allego.
