GRID Impact is a social impact behavioral design firm. We conduct holistic and rigorous user research, design products, experiences, services, policies, and programs that respond to the unique needs and behaviors of diverse populations, and build capacity of our local partners so they have the frameworks, methods, and strategies to transform into design-led, customer-centric organizations long after we are gone. GRID Impact was founded with the intention of being a collaborative, reflective, and liberatory organization. This intention fuels all that we do.
