Greystone Property Development Corp. is a new addition to the Greystone group, founded in 2016. Our president Ron Mosher has over 30 years ‘ experience in the brokerage and property development industry. His industry knowledge of property acquisition and development allows our team to confidently provide development services. Our entrepreneurial outlook allows us to act quickly on projects, and find value in various types of real estate. Whether as a sole investor or as a partnership, we strive to find valuable property in not only stable but also emerging markets. Since its inception, the property development team has acquired, developed, and is currently managing three properties in Alberta. Our focus is on developing and managing commercial, office, industrial, that are a meaningful and useful addition to the surrounding areas and businesses.
