Greyrox is the control plane for the AI your company runs. Most companies of 10 to 250 people now have AI in every team. Nobody set out to build a governance gap. It just arrived faster than anyone could write a policy. Greyrox is how you integrate that AI properly. Your teams connect their AI tools and agents through Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, LinkedIn, X or a custom API. Every one of them then runs through Greyrox before it acts. From that moment: • Each agent gets its own identity and permissions per action. An agent cleared to draft emails isn't automatically cleared to send them. • Every action is logged as it happens, not pieced together afterwards. • Every workflow carries its EU AI Act risk tier. • Anything sensitive waits for a person. You can build new workflows and agents by describing what you want in plain language. Greyrox drafts them, and nothing runs until it has passed a policy review. Greyrox tracks cost per workflow, so you can see what each piece of AI actually costs. Where a cheaper model would do the job, it recommends the switch, but only when the risk tier allows it. Risk beats savings, always. The product already covers two AI Act obligations that are in force today: Article 50 transparency checks on AI-assisted posts, and Article 4 AI-literacy training that comes with certificates. Greyrox is hosted in the EU by default, not as an enterprise upgrade. Built in Amsterdam.
