Founded in 1993, Gregory Pennington (GP) is a FCA authorised provider of debt advice and solutions. Together with its sister insolvency practitioner firms, Freeman Jones (FJ) and Wilson Andrews (WA), GP offers customers the full range of debt solutions in the UK. Our advice is free to customers, as is support with Debt Relief Orders, (for which we are an approved Intermediary), bankruptcy and sequestration. As well as providing Scottish customers with DAS Debt Payment Plans we’ve been an AiB DAS distributor since 2006. Everything starts with providing customers with free, impartial debt advice. Our experienced Advisors and Review Specialists complete thousands of detailed Income & Expenditure assessments with new and existing customers every month, which drive our recommendations. Customers who choose a debt solution provided by GP, FJ or WA enjoy a high standard of service throughout the duration of their solution and, as you’d expect, we work hard to identify customers that need extra support. As well as our in house specialists, we’ve built links with charities to help us provide customers with the tailored support they need. For example we have a strong relationship with the Samaritans, and arrangements to pass customers that need it's support directly to them. GP and its sister firms currently manage over £850m of debt for customers distributes more than £70m to creditors p.a. Over 500 customers complete their debt solution with us each month. We interact with creditors via our Creditor Portal for over three quarters of the debts we manage. This means quicker results for customers and more oversight and MI for creditors; enabling them to manage all their customer accounts with us, securely, online.
