With offices in Lichfield, Worcester, Oxford, London, Bristol and Cardiff, we have been providing consultancy services to the property industry since 1986. We have gained a reputation for no nonsense advice and retain a flexible approach to project delivery. In 2016 Chartered QS practice, Bridgewater and Coulton, has become part of the Greenwood Group and we continue to go from strength to strength as we enter our 36th year. We have experience in all sectors of the industry and have provided services on a range of projects up to £50million in value. A large proportion of our work is repeat business, and we’ve worked with many of our clients throughout our history.
