GreenPlay is a consortium of experts, acting as a management tool for agencies by organizing consultant teams that are responsive and understand the needs of administrators and their communities. The company was established in 1999, by Teresa Penbrooke, a nationally-recognized experienced public parks and recreation professional, who identified certain needs in the industry that were not being fully satisfied. Since then, GreenPlay has worked on over 325 projects for local, county, state and national agencies and private corporations. Our sole purpose is to help identify solutions that will assist the agency in achieving desired goals and outcomes. Our team members have diverse backgrounds in parks and recreation administration and management, business consulting, and academics, allowing us to analyze our client’s unique situation from a multitude of perspectives.
