Greenlane Group is an established privately-owned company specialising in: - debt & structured finance solutions for property developers and investors. - mortgage investments (Greenlane Contributory Mortgage Fund) and other investment opportunities for wholesale and sophisticated investors. - funding solutions for ‘out of the ordinary’ commercial transactions. Greenlane Group evolved from the former property division of Australian Finance Group (AFG). We spun out of AFG to form a separate company prior to AFG listing in 2016, named Establish Property Group Pty Ltd, before rebranding as Greenlane Group Pty Ltd in September 2022. We pride ourselves on our successful track record as a private funder, spanning over more than 15 years. This follows several years operating as a successful WA property developer, including land sub-divisions, the refurbishment of an apartment complex; and several built form developments, comprising apartments and mixed use multi-storey buildings, with GRVs ranging from $7m to $225m. Greenlane's directors hold combined lending experience in excess of 100 years; with Greenlane staff holding combined lending experience in excess of 75 years.
