Greenhouse E3 is a national nonprofit organization founded to support and develop executive leaders for the charter school sector. Our Mission: To build regional and national pipelines of future CEOs who are representative of the diverse students that CMOs serve, and to prioritize support of these leaders once they are in the CEO role Our Vision: To increase the success and stability of the CMO sector in support of the most underserved students across the US by: 1) Supporting aspiring CEOs, new CEOs, other senior leaders, and their boards before, during, and after CEO transitions 2) Increasing the diversity of CMO executive teams
