Greenhaven Road Capital digs deep; searching in places rarely trafficked to locate the few hidden gems that will outperform a diversified portfolio of blue chips. We have a bias towards business services, technology, and consumer/retail, generally avoiding commodity-based companies as we look for businesses with strong cash flow, normalized earnings, and long-term growth horizons. Greenhaven Road returns have been in the top 10% of hedge funds. We have outperformed hedge fund indices, the Russell 2000 and the S&P 500. We invest clients’ money as though they are our own – because we put in a substantial amount of our own wealth in portfolios that we offer.
