Greenfriars is an independent advisory and research studio working at the intersection of systems, policy, and practice to help organisations navigate sustainability transitions with clarity and integrity. We support leadership teams, institutions, and professional bodies to understand structural change, identify emerging sustainability opportunities, and design the systems needed to embed environmental and social responsibility into decision-making. Our work focuses on upstream questions - governance, standards, evidence, and professional practice - helping organisations move beyond isolated initiatives towards coherent, future-fit approaches.
