GreenFire Energy develops innovative Advanced Geothermal Systems (AGS) that accelerate the generation of clean, continuous, and reliable geothermal energy. Our AGS is closed-loop technology and is called GreenFire’s GreenLoop™ (GreenLoop). GreenLoop incorporates a down-bore heat exchanger (“DBHX”) within a closed-loop system. GreenLoop makes economic power generation feasible across the entire spectrum of geothermal resources, including resources with limited permeability and water that constrain conventional technology. All GreenLoop projects begin with proprietary thermodynamic modeling techniques that accurately estimate power potential and costs and are used to design GreenFire Energy technology application solutions for optimal performance. GreenLoop provides operators and developers the ability to retrofit existing wells, expand existing fields, and develop new geothermal resources quickly and economically.
