Greenbrier Hospital Information

Greenbrier Hospital is a licensed 60-bed psychiatric treatment facility that specializes in providing life-affirming care to adult patients who have a primary diagnosis involving a mental health disorder. Greenbrier Hospital was recently fully renovated, and services are available via our inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs, in order to assure that each individual can receive care at the level that is best suited to his or her strengths and needs. Elements that may be incorporated into an individual's personalized treatment plan include detoxification, medication management, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and activity therapy. Among the professionals with whom a patient may work while in treatment at Greenbrier Hospital are psychiatrists, medical psychologists, nurse practitioners, nurses, licensed clinical social workers, licensed counselors, activity therapists, mental health technicians, and a staff dietician. As a complement to the thorough assessment that all patients complete when they enter treatment, Greenbrier Hospital also provides comprehensive discharge planning services to ensure each individual is prepared to maintain and build upon the progress that he or she made while in our care.
