Green Point Living Lab is a Farm to Fork innovation ecosystem dedicated to transforming food systems through real-life experimentation and multi-actor collaboration. It acts as a testing and validation environment where innovations are co-developed and deployed across the food value chain – from primary production to consumers. The Living Lab focuses on sustainable farming, circular solutions, digital tools, and behavioural change, addressing critical challenges such as food loss and waste, transparency and trust, and market access for local producers. At the same time, Green Point plays an active role in the development and refinement of Living Lab and Multi-Actor methodologies, translating practical implementation experience into structured frameworks, tools and guidelines for wider replication. Through structured co-creation, iterative validation and stakeholder engagement, Green Point generates evidence-based solutions and methodologies ready for replication and scale-out.
