Green Hill specialises in the procurement, design and construction of new build affordable homes for clients across South Wales and the South West. In addition Green Hill undertakes open market sale to enable cross subsidy and Joint Venture solutions on appropriate sites. We concentrate on working closely with our development partners, understanding their particular requirements and delivering bespoke development solutions. We have developed the business to include an in house design team covering architecture, civil and structural engineering and mechanical and electrical services. This is key to our integrated approach to development and construction enabling us to standardising house types and detailing and so drive down costs. As part of this approach, the majority of the building trade elements are undertaken by directly employed staff, including civil engineering, carpentry, mechanical and electrical and decorating. The final part of this jigsaw is our own timber frame manufacturing facility. Again our frame design has been carefully integrated with our architectural engineering design to give maximum value to our clients. Our objective is to utilise our unique structure to provide our Clients and Development Partners with cost efficient projects, which provide absolute best value. Furthermore, we are committed to providing actual employment opportunities for our staff and trainees, apprentices and people returning to work, providing tangible benefits to the local community in which we work.
