Green Bay Plastic Surgical Associates was founded in 1963 by Dr. Harold J. Hoops Jr., Green Bay's first plastic surgeon. Today GBPSA employs a talented staff that support three board certified plastic surgeons. GBPSA also owns and operates their own independent, free standing ambulatory surgical center, called The Green Bay Surgical Center. It is in the same building as our clinic and allows patients to receive treatment in a private and intimate setting without the risk of encountering acquaintances at larger hospital facilities. The GBSC is AAAHC accredited for all plastic surgical procedures.
