Greco's Pastaria Information

Established in 2014. Greco's Pastaria is new hybrid Italian dining experience in Frisco, CO. We offer fresh, not dry, pastas with made from scratch sauces accompanied by quality proteins including Colorado beef and sausage, free range chicken and wild caught salmon and shrimp. Our owners family's secret recipe red sauce is delicious and has a noticeable zest. The lasagna is a "must try". The pizza is a carry over from the owners previous business and is a traditional New York style hand tossed made from scratch dough. Finished with top of the line mozzarella cheese and many fresh toppings options. Gluten free pizzas are also made from scratch and gluten free pasta is available! Wondering what a hybrid Italian dining experience is? Well Greco's Pastaria creates a casual dining room by having both low and high top tables, sidewalk attached patio, very trendy looking back bar, 12 tap rotating draft program, extensive affordable wine list and several low profile TVs for event watching; all with affordable chef driven food. We like to call ourselves "Casually Classy!" When owner Jonny Greco was forced to close his long time bar, nightclub and pizzeria better know as Jonny-G's in Frisco, CO in April of 2014 he set out for a new adventure. The opportunity arose to purchase Tuscato (a 15 year Frisco tradition of great food and service located only 1 block) and Jonny jumped at the chance. After a short (62) days the vision and concept of a new eatery came to fruition on July 3rd, 2014. Please come by and visit.
