GreaterGood enables you to start your own charitable foundation in a low-cost, tax-effective manner under the GreaterGood umbrella. We look after the governance, investments, compliance, reporting and auditing. All you need to do is tell us what you would like to name your fund and who you would like your fund to benefit. GreaterGood was established in 2003 by the Public Trustee and Guardian and has been operating for over 20 years. GreaterGood currently has over 95 charitable accounts with a total balance of over $50 million and since its establishment we have distributed over $19 million to over 200 different charitable organisations on behalf of our account holders. Our vision is to provide an increasing and permanent source of funds for charitable activities within the Capital Region. We aim to be a professional cost-effective mechanism enabling philanthropists to give and to pool funds for greater efficiencies and benefit for the local community and surrounding regions.
