Greater Western Aboriginal Health Service is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service offering a Primary Health Care Service. We consist of bulk-billing GPs, Aboriginal Health Practitioners and Workers, Registered Nurses, Allied Health Services, and program teams such as Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB), Connected Beginnings (CB), as well as a Human Resource / Financial Management section. Services Provided: Transport | Social Emotional Well-Being (SEWB) | Child & Maternal Health | Health Checks| GP Management Plans | Women’s Health | Men’s Health | Immunisations | Speech Therapy | Psychology | Dental Clinic | Physiotherapy | Podiatry | Wound Care | Pathology Services | ECG‘s | Paediatrician | Chronic Disease Education/Support Groups | Integrated Team Care Program | Australian Nurse-Family Partnership Program Home Visits Home visits are not routinely available for patients within this practice. However, you may discuss individual arrangements and circumstances with your doctor. Some visits are available from the Aboriginal Health Workers if required.
