Great Men Information

Great Men is a free school workshop programme for boys aged 14+ that explores gender issues. The 3-hour workshop challenges teenage boys to think about the expectations we inherit of what boys and girls should or shouldn’t be. Using participant-led activities, we aim to give them the tools to be active ambassadors for gender equality in their daily lives. We are currently looking for partner schools and interested teachers for the London pilot this academic year. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you would be interested in hosting a workshop at your school. Great Men has been generously funded by the Big Lottery and is backed by The Department for Education. We hope that the learning and evidence from our pilot project will influence other organizations and education policy.
