We are a community collaborative that was founded on the belief that patient health and safety and the quality of their care could best be served by the electronic sharing of patient health care information, making it easy for physicians, hospitals and other health care facilities to have timely access to their patients’ health-related information. This access could be further enhanced by delivering it in a secure web-based environment that is not restricted by business model but rather driven by use case holding patient safety in the highest regard.
