Graytree Consulting was formed to harness the transformative power of AI, Data & Analytics in Life Sciences. We combine expertise in strategy and business transformation with a deep understanding of what excites and motivates people to adopt new technologies. Our approach enables companies to introduce and scale the use of AI, Data & Analytics to grow their business and ultimately to bring more innovative medicines, devices, and vaccines to those who need them. In the past 6 months I have been delighted to be engaged on the following projects: ⏭️Developing an AI strategy focussed on Medical Affairs and Market Access ⏭️Establishing a Life Sciences Advisory service for a business transformation consultancy ⏭️Getting a company started with using AI for strategic planning, including developing prompts and running capability building sessions ⏭️Running several 'Getting started with GenAI' capability building sessions ⏭️Leading a 2 hour workshop on the future of AI in Pharma for 30 members of Women in Biopharma Leadership I partner with life sciences companies to: ✅ Help teams get started with AI through prompt design, practical ‘how-to’ guides, and engaging upskilling sessions that build confidence and capability ✅ Design and lead AI, data & analytics transformation programmes that drive both adoption and measurable impact ✅ Define and implement AI use cases across R&D, Commercial, and Medical to accelerate decision-making and improve outcomes ✅ Turn around underperforming analytics functions through org design, operating model refresh, and leadership coaching ✅ Deliver capability-building programmes to increase digital fluency and GenAI productivity across teams
