Graybuilt is owned and managed by Paul Gray. Paul started as a carpenter and with extensive training, single-minded dedication and experience became the builder he is today. Paul has been building houses for 20 years with some commercial projects along the way. He believes it is his communication and organisational skills, his eye for detail, and his Graybuilt Team that make the job of building such a positive experience for all concerned. Communication between all parties involved in the project is the most important part of the process. The Graybuilt Team works directly with clients, architects and designers on the project, from planning and budgeting to the finest finishing details. Paul is an expert in giving clear and accurate advice and following instructions, ensuring that even the smallest things aren't forgotten. Paul has spent years establishing and developing his team of employees and sub contractors.
