We don’t bid for client work; we only deliver work through consulting firms. We are subcontractors you resource – not contractors you compete with. Gravitas Consultants was initiated in 2016 by awarded organizational consultant and business psychologist Saleem Baradhy, and has established itself as the reliable delivery arm of the regional consulting industry. We have since organically grown into an international team spread across the Middle East and Europe, with diversity in seniority, expertise, and language. Our team is comprised of ethical, competent, and multilingual consultants, who are certified practitioners in their craft and recognized professionals in their field.
