We think (and so does science) that being more aware of what you're grateful for can help you in every facet of your life. HOW DOES IT WORK? After you sign up, we'll text you once or twice everyday (depending on your settings). Each text you reply with is stored as a private entry. You can also log in to your account and add entries there as well. At the end of the week, we'll send you a recap of your recent entries! ARE MY GRATITUDE POSTS PRIVATE? Yes! We will never share your posts withour your permission. IS MY INFORMATION PRIVATE? Yes! We will never sell your information to anyone else. I LIVE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. CAN I STILL RECEIVE DAILY SMS MESSAGES? We only send SMS messages within the United States, however we do send daily gratitude emails for our international gratitude family. After logging in, click on Settings and turn on email notifications. Once you do, you'll receive a daily gratitude email. You can respond directly to that email and we'll store it for you. DO I HAVE TO RESPOND TO THE DAILY TEXT IMMEDIATELY IN ORDER FOR IT TO STORE PROPERLY? Nope! Once you have the number, the daily texts are simply friendly reminders. You can respond to that number anytime you're feeling grateful and we will store it for you. AFTER A FEW POSTS, I CAN'T THINK OF ANYTHING I'M GRATEFUL FOR. WHAT DO I DO? Try to think less of what you're grateful for and reframe the question to something like "Who are you grateful for today?" or "What is a food you are grateful for today?".
