GrassRoots Events specializes in premier trail running races in southern Utah & Arizona. Our main goal is to showcase beautiful trails to our guest runners. GRE hopes you walk away from our trail race events with a sense of belonging to a community of runners who truly respect and appreciate what endurance trail running has to offer. GRE has partnered with the Arizona Trail Association to highlight the 800 mile trail system through our new trail race series. Our events have distances for all levels of trail runners. Our Moab series has the Amasa for those who are just starting all the way up to the MAS50 ultra. Our Arizona race series has two trail 1/2 marathons one at the North Rim Grand Canyon in the summer & the Vail 1/2 Marathon outside of Tucson, Az in December.
