“A civilisation built on extraction eventually exhausts itself. One built on amplification compounds.” Graphite Earth is an advanced materials company developing ways to help constrained materials vital to the energy transition deliver more useful work. We call this materials amplification. More performance. Less material. Platinum, iridium, ruthenium, silver and titanium underpin energy systems and advanced manufacturing. Our ambition is to improve their performance and effective utilisation through applications of few-layer graphene. Our starting point is exceptionally pure Sri Lankan crystalline vein graphite. Research at the University of Manchester has characterised aspects of its structural order as analogous to Highly Ordered Pyrolytic Graphite—a benchmark material typically produced synthetically. We begin with much of that order already present in nature. Our programmes span three areas: • Heat — developing graphene-enabled materials for heating and thermal management. • Solar — exploring graphene applications in perovskite solar technologies. • Hydrogen — developing approaches to improve electrolyser materials and hydrogen storage systems. Manchester is planned as our R&D and pilot manufacturing hub, translating materials research into products, industrial capability and export opportunities. Alongside our materials work, Elemental Trust is being developed as a physics-based approach to material identity, provenance and authentication. Graphite Earth seeks to amplify the physical world. Elemental Trust seeks to establish trust within it. We welcome conversations with investors, research collaborators and industrial partners who share our ambition to make constrained materials go further. www.graphiteearth.com
