Graph is in the business of constructing buildings – from individual houses to large commercial developments. A privately owned business, we’ve been around since 1999, operating in a regional market where reputation and versatility are the keys to long term success. Our commercial projects reflect a diversity of product, and a diversity of size (typically costing in the range $0.5m to $30m). They encompass not only new buildings, but a range of refurbishment/extension projects, often working in and around the client’s existing operations, and sometimes in heritage buildings. Our residential projects range from individual houses to medium density housing and apartment buildings. Across the range of our activities, we enjoy high levels of repeat business by way of negotiated contracts, but we are philosophically committed to competitive tendering so that all our projects are delivered efficiently and cost effectively. But we’re not just builders – Graph can assist at any stage of a project, from site acquisition, through the approvals process to construction and handing over the keys.
