We help develop credible projects and investment cases, prepare submissions and strengthen the evidence and delivery arrangements behind them. Grantus is led by Simon Coutts, whose 25+ years in the water sector span operations, regulation, governance, risk, investment and delivery. Clients work directly with Simon throughout the engagement, alongside their existing teams and advisers, with specialist support where needed.
