Grand Design I.T. is a professional web design and information technology consulting company based in Sugar Land, Texas. Nicole Early, owner of Grand Design I.T., has over 6 years of information technology experience in software development, implementation, and database administration and design. Prior to independent consulting, Nicole worked as a certified Oracle database administrator at Texaco, where she was responsible for database maintenance, backup and recovery, and performance tuning on Windows and Unix platforms. She has also gained valuable experience as a systems analyst at a leading national accounting firm and global oil-field services company. Nicole has a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Saint Thomas, and has been involved in designing and implementing web-based, database-driven applications since her college years.
