Grant has a proven track record in leadership positions across both the traditional retail format and in e-commerce and is known as a fair, positive, highly competitive individual who is driven to deliver first to market implementation. Gralen engages with start-up entities, going concerns and individuals and assists and guides Head Office teams to deliver on strategies and plans.
