The Grainster Ecosphere™ includes several functional, fully autonomous, business units and proprietary technology that encompasses the breadth of Agricultural Commodity Trading. Sitting at the heart of this ecosphere is proprietary technology that enables farmers to market their crops directly to buyers around the world while giving buyers an opportunity to purchase directly from the farmer. The mission of Grainster™ is to simply become the most trusted trading platform in the world for buyers and sellers of grain. From an operational perspective, we will always look toward long-term sustainability rather than short-term profitability In addition to this centerpiece of technology, the ecosphere will also introduce several tools that are currently unavailable in the industry. One such tool is our proprietary accreditation solution which allows buyers and sellers to know directly who they are doing business with as well as their stability. This system of accreditation is also extremely dynamic because it’s score can be based on transactional data that happened as early as the day before. This system of accreditation is followed by a robust, proprietary, transactional platform that can securely act as a trusted holding company or intermediary that holds funds until both parties are satisfied with the transaction or providing direction to an arbitration process. Like many of the other components in the Grainster Ecosphere™, the transactional platform is completely autonomous and can also accommodate transactions outside the Grainster™ marketplace methods of transport to destinations around the world.
