Graduate to Employment teaches college students and recent graduates best practices on navigating through today’s intensely competitive job search process from an insider’s perspective. The program separates clients from their classmates ensuring they are in the best position to find internships and post-graduation employment. Founder Michael Sherman has been a recognized thought leader in the fields of Staffing and Recruitment for over 25 years. Most recently he led Global Recruitment for Bank of America, overseeing the hiring of thousands of students annually. The Graduate to Employment program provides concrete advice and counsel including resume format and language, networking strategies for landing an interview, interviewing techniques, follow up skills and more. Participants will be differentiated from classmates, fully prepared and confident in their job search. Graduate to Employment is ideal for current sophomores, juniors, seniors and recent graduates who still have not been able to find that ideal job.
