Unique to Wales, Graduate Programme Wales is managed by the Welsh Contact Centre Forum and delivered in partnership with leading employers and academia. Part funded by the European Social Fund, the Welsh Graduate Programme has two separate skills routes; - Financial Services - Data Science & Analytics (Fast-Track) Our collective vision is to create a best-in-class graduate development programme which creates and retains a high calibre talent base in the region and fast-tracks graduates into careers in financial services and data. Our 2 -year Programmes offer talented graduates a unique opportunity to gain valuable work experience in the financial services industry, through 3 rotational, eight-month placements across the employer network and study for a fully funded, applied Masters qualification. This provides an unparalleled opportunity to experience different business types, cultures and job roles to enable graduates to make a more informed choice regarding their future career. We have recently launched a Fast-Track 8-month Data-ai Programme, which will accelerate graduate development into data roles through a boot camp, industry placement and applied Post Graduate Diploma in Data /AI.
