As the Founder & CEO of Voices for Life, an award-winning children’s music and wellbeing charity, I’ve focused my passion on building impactful initiatives. My journey began with a degree in music and evolved through roles as a solicitor at a leading international law firm and a major gift fundraiser for a top national charity. In 2010, I founded my career coaching business, where I developed the Career Advancement Coaching ‘Tea Model’ Programme, which has empowered hundreds nationwide to boost their self-esteem and confidence. My structured, pragmatic approach guides clients toward fulfilling careers and successful businesses. With extensive experience in charity setup and scaling, sustainability, outreach, impact assessment, fundraising, and partnerships, I’ve successfully grown Voices for Life to address rising mental health issues among youth and diminishing music education during the Covid pandemic. My global voluntary work—including building a well for a Kenyan school, rebuilding homes after the 2004 tsunami in India, and supporting orphans in South Africa—has shaped my commitment to creating opportunities for all, regardless of background or location. This drives my focus on authenticity, wellbeing, and meaningful connections. In 2023, I was honoured to receive the High Sheriff of Somerset Award for my services to the community and was a finalist for Founder/Entrepreneur in the 2024 Creative Bath Awards.
