GradeWorks LLC Information

GradeWorks, LLC was established on January 1st, 2012 by Chuck and Ben Counts to provide construction surveying services, GPS construction consultations, GPS machine control modeling and 3D file preparation, machine control operator training and plan quantity take-offs for contractor estimates. We are lifelong residents of Marion County and our family has been in the construction industry for the last 60 years. Chuck Counts became a registered land surveyor in the state of Florida in 1988. Ben Counts has been a site work estimator, working in both Florida and New York. Our experience for decades has been providing these services as consultants and employees of large site work & heavy highway contractors, constructing some of the largest projects in Florida. Accurate construction surveying is mandatory for all construction projects; GPS has become the biggest technological advancement in the construction industry and many companies usage of this technology is paramount in the advancement of their procurement of projects, speed of completion and production of profits.
