Grades4life Information

Grades4Life is a New Jersey-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth through entrepreneurship, financial literacy, leadership development, workforce readiness, and community engagement. Our mission is to equip young people with the knowledge, confidence, and real-world experiences they need to succeed in school, business, and life. Through hands-on, experiential learning, students develop entrepreneurial mindsets, create business ideas, strengthen financial decision-making skills, improve communication and leadership abilities, and gain practical workforce experience. Participants also build confidence through networking, mentorship, public speaking, and collaboration with business and community leaders. Grades4Life partners with schools, municipalities, nonprofit organizations, and businesses to deliver innovative programs that connect education to real-world opportunity. Our curriculum encourages creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and responsible decision-making while preparing students for college, careers, entrepreneurship, and lifelong success. The program culminates with Pitch Verse, our annual youth entrepreneurship showcase, where students present their business ideas, participate in pop-up shops, network with professionals, compete for prizes, and celebrate their achievements before community leaders, educators, and supporters. At Grades4Life, we believe every young person has the potential to become a leader, innovator, and entrepreneur. By investing in today's youth, we are helping build stronger communities and creating the next generation of business owners, professionals, and changemakers.
