Gracious Grounds is a non-profit housing community that supports successful independant living for adults with intellectual disabilities. When Gracious Grounds was founded in 2013, it operated as a single home. Today, we have three properties that are home to 50 people. Gracious Grounds offers housing, community connections, and a culture of support-enpowering adults with intellectual disabilites to thrive in their independence. We offer: Independent Housing- On-Site Support- Community of Peers- Life Skills Development- Optional Activities & Social Events. All Gracious Grounds properties are located in beautiful Grand Haven.
