QueensCare Health Centers is entering a new chapter with some exciting changes happening in our organization. We are rebranding and, moving forward, will be known as Gracelight Community Health. Rebranding as Gracelight Community Health reflects our constant desire to better serve our patients through delivering quality healthcare and supporting those most in need within Los Angeles. Our mission and values of faith, grace, kindness, and serving the community with dignity remain unchanged. We will continue to be a Federally Qualified Health Center offering primary care services for underserved people in the communities of Los Angeles. Gracelight Community Health will serve as the Los Angeles community’s home for compassionate and comprehensive medical care while also being an advocate, safe place, and resource for community needs. At our five Federally Qualified Health Centers throughout Los Angeles County our teams of healthcare professionals are dedicated to providing primary, preventive and acute care to all individuals including adult and pediatric medical, dental and vision care.
