The Groupement Professionnel du Management, an association affiliated with Swiss Engineering, stands out as the first professional network bringing together the most brilliant engineers and architects in Switzerland. Since its creation in 1987, the GPMA has been the essential meeting point for engineering managers. In 2016, the association undertook a major transformation. Initially known as GPIG (Groupement of Management Engineers), it redefined its development strategy by adopting new statutes and choosing a new name, thus becoming the GPMA Group of Manager Engineers. Our fundamental mission is to stimulate innovation, thus guaranteeing the sustainability of Swiss engineering excellence. The GPMA aspires to be the reference network, offering its members the dual technical and managerial skills necessary to fuel innovation in Switzerland. Our values are anchored in expertise, aiming to promote and improve technical and commercial know-how.
