GPD Developments Ltd offers a one-stop facility for the manufacture of Aluminium Alloy precision sand castings using both chemically bonded and green sand methods, we are equally at home with Research and Development or Prototyping and small production runs. GPD Developments managerial team and technical expertise stretches back over 35 years within the foundry industry. In order to assist the Customer we are available right through from the early stages of design through to the manufacture of CNC machine cut patterns to your CAD data, because we are able to advise at these early stages and develop the casting process, together with other finishing processes including machining, we guarantee that we can offer you the complete casting solution from the first off sample and then onto small batch production. We offer the necessary support during transfer from R & D/Prototype through to Production. Project management tools are used to give up to date status of the casting through from prototype and onto initial production where required. The casting process is recorded at all vital stages and is kept on file to ensure a repeatable process. We cast various Aluminium Alloys to EN and American specifications. All alloys are procured from recognised certificated smelters and records of incoming ingot are kept on file.
