Gottsik Construction is a San Diego–based General Contractor that focuses on professional construction services in the multi-family and luxury construction sectors. We currently focus on ground up, 5-30 unit apartment projects for developers, landlords and investors and build luxury projects for select clients. Our preconstruction division supports clients through the challenging permitting process, including city approvals, dry utility approvals and street improvements permits (ROW). We also perform value engineering, cost reduction and constructability assessment services for projects to achieve project budgets.
