Gotham City Karaoke Information

Gotham City Karaoke is NYC's social, team-based karaoke league. Currently operating three divisions, GCK is the New York City affiliate of United Karaoke, which also produces District Karaoke in Washington, DC. It's social, because we're a community of people who like putting ourselves out there, night after night. It's team-based, meaning you show up with people you like. And it's competitive, since teams compete against each other for the title of "City-Wide Karaoke Champions." While structured like the other competitive "ball" leagues, you won't need kickballs or bocce balls to participate with Gotham City Karaoke — just a bit of courage. How does it work? Each division consists of six teams, and each team consists of eight people. Each week, each team competes head-to-head with one of the other six teams and performs two solos and a group number. Each team member performs two solos per season. Your fellow singers, along with anyone else you invite to join you at the bar, score each performance with our scientifically-tested "matchup" scoring system. Gotham City Karaoke performers receive an official t-shirt, as well as enjoy drink specials, exclusive parties, theme nights, contests, prizes and special events throughout the season.
