Gorrill Palmer, an LJB Engineering company, is a multidisciplinary civil engineering firm with a talented staff, providing diverse services to the public and private sectors. Founded in 1998 by Tom Gorrill and Al Palmer, the company provides transportation and site engineering services throughout New England. One of our leaders, Al Palmer, Will Haskell and Don Ettinger, are actively involved in each and every project. Our philosophy is to provide our clients with a design that fully meets their needs in a cost-effective manner consistent with sound aesthetic and environmental considerations.
